Daily/Weekly Rates
Our location, 15 minutes from I-40 exit 100, makes us a popular destination for Guests passing thru for an over night stay. Open Year Round, Daily/weekly rates include water, septic, 20/30/50 amp power on all sites, Wifi, streaming TV. Daily rate $50/day, Weekly $300/week, plus tax. Guests on the monthly rate will receive a separate invoice for their site's power usage for the month. Advance payment required to hold reservations.
We do not guarantee site assignments. If you have specific needs for your RV or prefer pull- through vs back-in, please tell us when you make your reservation. You will receive a text with your updated site number the day of arrival.
No inactive vehicles, trailers, tents, boats. No washing of RVs or vehicles. Guests using outside contractors for RV maintenance must request a Certificate of Insurance be provided to the park before their scheduled arrival. Any questions, check with us.

Monthly Stays
Our Park provides a quiet and safe environment, which makes us popular for folks on temporary work assignments, guests building or looking for a house or land, or seasonal RVers. Due to zoning for our park, we cannot offer annual or permanent stays. We do offer month-to-month stays at our monthly rate for a number of months which qualifies as seasonal, transitional, or vacation rental in NC. Please call us for more information at (828) 228-6882.
Open year around, our monthly rate is $700 plus tax with metered electricity charge, first month due on arrival and on the 1st of the month thereafter. Because of past experiences, we require a security deposit of $200, refundable after departure and site inspection with no account balance due. No inactive vehicles, trailers, tents, boats. POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS
If your plans change after you make a reservation, we will gladly work with you to re-
book your stay.
If you do choose to cancel, you may do so up to 2 weeks (14 days) ahead of the scheduled 2:00 pm check-in, and receive a full refund. Up to one week before check-in (13 days to 8 days), receive a 50% refund. Campers who cancel within the 7 days of arrival check-in will receive no refund.
No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation before their arrival date will be considered a no show, no refund, and may be blacklisted. Any reservations with unpaid prepayment or deposit 5 days after booking are subject to cancellation.
COVID AND OTHER EVENTS
We understand that with booking any reservation life happens. Sometimes circumstances can change your situation making it impossible for you to keep your planned visit. At the discretion of Park Management, under unique and unavoidable circumstances, we may provide special options for a Guest in good standing that needs to cancel, especially in an emergency. Please be advised that the Park Management has no obligation to make special concessions for any guest or any situation under this policy. Special considerations are done on a case by case basis and verification of circumstances may be required.
REFUNDS
We do our best to ensure everyone has a good experience while camping in our Park. However, there are some things that are beyond our control. There are no refunds for bad weather, wind, rain, heat, changing Guest plans, failure of Guest equipment, closure of Park amenities for equipment failure or dangerous conditions, being asked to leave the Park for violations of Park rules & policy, etc.. In the case of State or Federal mandated actions, the Park reserves the right to initiate closures and/or policy changes to ensure public safety and a good camping experience. If and when these closures and/or policy changes occur, the Park may issue park credit on guest reservations.

RV Age Policy
We have a 15 year age rule for RVs, but it's more about condition. If in doubt about your older RV, email pictures for review. All RVs in the park need to be in good condition, clean, no tarps, plywood, flat tires, etc.
